    PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT

    New patients should arrive 30 minutes before their appointment, allowing time for our office staff to process paperwork. For your convenience, you can also download our forms online.

    INSURANCE & PAYMENT

    The Iowa Digestive Disease Center accepts insurance plans from major carriers. Please feel free to call our billing office at 515-288-6097 or call your insurer to verify coverage.

    LOCATION INFORMATION

    The main campus for Iowa Digestive Disease Center and Iowa Endoscopy Center is located just north of Iowa Heart Center at 1378 NW 124th Street in Clive.

    Our healthcare services are provided by appointment. All appointments can be scheduled by calling our office or using our online secure patient portal.

Our Providers

Noelle Mundt, ARNP

Noelle Mundt, ARNP

Noelle Mundt attended the University of Iowa where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1993. She worked as a critical care nurse at The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics for 12 years then completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2005. Her career then brought her to Des Moines where she worked over 10 years as a family nurse practitioner before she joined IDDC. She is licensed as an ARNP in the State of Iowa and board certified through The American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Throughout her career she has been recognized and awarded multiple times by healthcare organizations for making a difference and going above and beyond.
